Meet Dr. Alicia Wooldridge
Dr. Wooldridge's vision for LakelandMD is to create a practice that is physician run without the pressures and financial interests of insurance companies dictating her time and medical care. Her goal is to be accessible to her patients at a transparent reasonable price so that she is free to spend meaningful time listening to and caring for her patients.
She has over 15 years of experience in medical care for the whole family. She is passionate about family medicine and providing high quality, compassionate medical care. She is board certified in Family Medicine and has extensive procedural skills and experience in managing complex disease.
She completed her residency in Oklahoma City where she was selected as Chief Resident. Dr. Wooldridge has a graduate certificate in medical education from Texas A&M and served as faculty at Baylor Scott & White Family Medicine Residency. Dr. Wooldridge has extensive experience with in-patient, out-patient and urgent care medicine.
Dr. Wooldridge is an avid reader, loves to jog outside and explore the many lakes/parks/trails around the Lakeland area, spend time with her husband and two young children, and rescue dog Hyacinth. She is involved in her local church and loves serving her community and gardening.
